Fitness classes are a great way to work out, meet new people and have fun. Victoria has been teaching fitness classes in Seattle and on the Eastside for over 10 years. Functional exercises performed in multiple planes of motion are integrated into all classes.

Summer Outdoor Boot Camp



This class is for anyone who wants a challenging one hour workout and who wants someone else to tell them what to do! It is sort of a boot camp type class (but I donít yell in your face) for everyone who is currently injury free and wants to augment their specific sport training or just wants to be in great condition. Exercises include power drills, speed, strength, agility and of course core work.

Bring water and a mat or towel.

Dates: June 6th - August 31st (No class Monday, July 4th)

Days: Monday and Wednesday

Time: 9:30AM - 10:30 AM

Location: Upper Woodland Park between Green Lake and the Zoo at #6 large sheltered picnic area by the lawn bowling area.

Cost:     $200.00 for 25 sessions

                Drop in $13.00 per session - cash only please - no checks


Total Body Conditioning Class




This class uses a combination of free weights, your own body weight and mat work, Emphasis is on strength, flexibility and balance and a little cardio. It is a well rounded workout and will provide an overall conditioning program so you will have more energy and will feel and look healthier.
