This class is for anyone who wants a challenging one hour workout and who wants someone else to tell them what to do! It is sort of a boot camp type class (but I donít yell in your face) for everyone who is currently injury free and wants to augment their specific sport training or just wants to be in great condition. Exercises include power drills, speed, strength, agility and of course core work.
Bring water and a mat or towel.

Location: Upper Woodland Park between Green Lake and the Zoo at #6 large sheltered picnic area by the lawn bowling area.
